Royal Mail Lockers
Need to collect a parcel while you shop? Royal Mail Lockers at The Liberty allow you to pick up your deliveries quickly and easily, at a time that suits you - hassle‑free parcel collection right in the heart of Romford.
Car Park & Facilities
Enjoy easy access to nearby parking, including designated spaces for disabled visitors, making it simple to arrive, park and focus on your shopping or dining plans.
DISABLED PARKING IN ROMFORD
In order to make your shopping experience more accessible, we have 32 disabled parking spaces, all located on the ground level of our car park.
PARENT & CHILD PARKING SPACES
The Liberty Shopping Centre is a fantastic day out for the whole family to enjoy, with a range of shops and places to eat for everyone. We also have 39 parent and child parking spaces available, with ample space to enter and exit your car safely.
TESLA - ELECTRIC ROMFORD PARKING STATIONS
We hold an exclusive electric supercharger station that is open to up to 12 Tesla cars only, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are the only car park in Romford that offers Tesla supercharging. Click here to check the availability before you visit our The Liberty Shopping Centre car park.

Free Wi‑Fi
Stay connected with free Wi‑Fi throughout The Liberty. Whether you’re checking emails, browsing online or sharing your shopping finds, you can stay online while you visit.
Assistance Dogs
The only dogs permitted in the Centre are assistance dogs, i.e. Guide dogs, dogs to assist those who are deaf, epileptic etc. These dogs must have a jacket on stating that they are assistance dogs and persons may be asked to show proof of such. All assistance dogs in the UK have an ID card.
First Aid
Your wellbeing is important to us. Trained first aiders are on duty during centre opening hours, so support is available should you feel unwell or need assistance during your visit.
