What are your opening hours?

The Liberty is open: Monday to Saturday: 9am – 6pm
Sunday: 11am – 5pm

Opening hours may vary by store, particularly on bank holidays. Please see individual store listings for specific times.

Are you dog-friendly?

Only assistance dogs are permitted in the centre. These must wear an identifying jacket and may require proof of registration.

Do you have somewhere to park bikes?

Yes, bicycle stands are located outside the Lockwood Walk entrance on Western Road.

Do you have a cash machine in-centre?

No, there are currently no cash machines within the centre. We recommend checking nearby bank branches.

Do you have parcel collection points?

Yes, a Royal Mail parcel collection box is located in South Mall by the car park. Please also check with individual retailers for brand-specific click & collect services.

We are hosting a fundraising event. Can you donate?

We recommend reaching out to individual stores to see if they can support your event. A full list of brands can be found on our Stores page.

Do you have any job vacancies?

Job vacancies are advertised by individual retailers. You can also visit stores in person with your CV to enquire directly.

Do you have disabled parking?

Yes, 32 disabled parking spaces are available on the ground level of the car park.

Do you have parent and child parking bays?

Yes, 39 parent and child spaces are available on the ground level.

Do you have electric vehicle charging?

We do! Tesla Superchargers are available 24/7. Tesla vehicles receive 2 hours of free parking while charging.

Is parking free?

Sundays: Free all day

Weekdays & Saturdays: Charges apply (e.g. £2.40 for up to 2 hours on weekdays).

How do I pay for parking?

Payment can be made via cash, card, contactless, or online via the car park portal (registration required at least 24 hours in advance). ANPR technology is in use.

Do you have motorcycle parking?

Yes, secure motorbike parking is available within the multi-storey car park.

Do you have a car wash?

Yes, a car wash service is located on Level 1 of the multi-storey car park.
