The Liberty Shopping Centre is proud to have one of the finest multi-storey car parks in Romford town centre, offering convenient and accessible parking with 800 spaces for all of our visitors. Open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with FREE PARKING ON SUNDAYS, we remain the most competitively priced Romford car park.

You can now register online before your visit for all-day parking for £7.50. Simply register here on our online parking portal before your visit to activate this offer.
Step-by-step support:
- Register here on the portal.
- Log in to your account, select the ‘Manage my profile’ icon from the dashboard, add your payment details and vehicle registration plate. You must do this before selecting your product.
- Head back to the dashboard page and select the ‘Explore the latest products’ icon. Click the ‘Park all day’ product. *Please note: ‘Access medium’ is your vehicle registration plate. This is a dropdown, but if you don’t add your vehicle registration plate on your profile first, you cannot select the product.*
- Add the ‘Park all day’ product to your basket. Only once this is assigned to your vehicle will the discounted rate apply.
- Check out and await confirmation before your visit. *Please note: Registration is not immediate and can take up to 24 hours for account activation. To claim the offer, please do so the day before your visit.*
- Payment will be debited from your account after your visit.
The ‘Park all day’ product price is capped at £7.50 for stays over 6 hours, up to a 24-hour period. If you stay less than the 6-hour window, you will not be charged £7.50, and will be charged a lower rate on exit, as per the below car parking tariffs.

All customers park free on Sundays here at The Liberty Shopping Centre. 2 Hours FREE parking for Tesla vehicles, which charge once within a 24-hour period.

NEW CAR PARK PAYMENT SYSTEM
We’re proud to have recently installed our new parking payment equipment. This new system means no more unnecessary printed tickets. With new automatic number plate recognition technology (ANPR) in place, our cameras will read your number plate on entry to the car park.
When you come to pay, head to the pay stations located in the exit corridor to the car park (located by the toilets), and you can pay by cash or card with one of three machines. You can also now pay at the exit barrier with a card only, making your journey home faster with fewer queues.
We still allow a grace period of 10 minutes for those wanting to drop off and pick up visitors, as long as you enter and leave within the 10-minute allowance.
NEW CAR PARK LIGHTING
We’ve just completed a total refurbishment of the car park lighting, offering you a safe and sustainable environment for parking in Romford.
With the latest PIA system installed, the car park’s LED lights activate when motion is detected, saving on energy when certain levels or areas are not in use.
